Just came across this great website called The Man’s Guide to Love via Glamour magazine’s blog Smitten. It is so cute! Once upon a time in a magazine, (the exact publication escapes me) there was an interview, which also escapes me, and in this interview I read a quote.   I think the quote epitomizes a good relationship. The person they were interviewing was discussing her relationship with her partner and said “separately we are each elements, but when we come together we are a force.” The idea being that each person in the relationship was individually strong and fully capable of standing alone but when these two individuals came together they created something even stronger. I must admit that I am not a fan of Valentines Day, I think it is a retail holiday generated to make people spend money. If you love someone you should show them everyday, not just save it up for once a year with cheesy gestures of romance.  However that being said, I did find these adorable , non-cheesy cards on Urban Outfitters that I just had to share!
