Fashion Friday- The Sartorialist Love

I have to say, that this week I have been rather uninspired by fashion, and so have nothing new or exciting to say on the matter. Here are some beautiful people from The Sartorialist to brighten up your Friday.
I am in love with this outfit. The hat, the scarf, the colors, what is not to love?
I wish I could fly off to Brazil, for a tropical getaway. I love the earrings, the dress, and that drink looks amazingly refreshing.

The red pumps in the midst of snow fall is quite an engaging, elegant look. Perhaps there is a subconscious correlation between the counter-intuitive and circumstances of fashion. The woman in the pumps stands out due to the color of her shoes, and yet the greater impression of her fashion is the mere fact that she’s sporting HEELS in WINTER. Perhaps this is why the man in the dress shirt amongst tees at a party sticks out, or the girl wearing a floral print in the rain catching the eye, or the older woman wearing a funky cap next to dozen white-hairs still retains an air of beautiful youth. What if fashion is not the clothes, but the drastic contrast between clothes and context?
